The philosophy of our kitchen is really quite simple. We use the best Norwegian ingredients based on seasonality and availability to serve flavourful, approachable and honest food.
We want to have good dishes that appeal to everyone, which is why we have a small but varied menu that changes every two months. During the week, we focus on fresh, local fish from Hidra, and at weekends we often have venison or tenderloin on the menu.
The restaurant is popular, so you may want to book a table in advance of your visit.
